I currently train out of Chinnock Farm, owned and managed by Betsy Huie for over 15 years and located near Hudson, WI. Chinnock is a small, private, and heated facility nestled in the lush, rolling hills of the St. Croix river valley, only 30 minutes from downtown Saint Paul. High quality care and flexible board options are available for lesson and training clients. Riders are also welcome to trailer in for lessons or daily board.
Chinnock Farm Prices and Amenities:
- Stall board in heated barn: $470/mo
- Stall board in unheated barn: $420/mo
- Outdoor Board in 15 acre pasture: $250/mo
- Trailer-in Fee: $10 (no stall), $15 (day stall)
- Grain 2x, Hay 4x daily (quality square bales only)
- Private and semi-private turnout available
- Heated stables, washstall, tackroom, lounge, and WC
- 12' x 11' box stalls with automatic waterers
- 70' x 170' indoor arena with excellent footing
- 100' x 200' outdoor arena with sand footing
- Access to miles of trails from backdoor
- Owner lives on property and provides great care
- Dressage lesson and training packages
